Sadness Daily Ritual


Why so are we using the word ritual towards the title of this room?

I am not employing it on the religious context in regards to the word. Rituals implies a personal choice consequently are followed more than procedure.

Habits one can trek easily, but rituals not really. Rituals do have very profound moral and mental connotation and there's not so easily broken.

I decided to consume a "Depression Help Morning Success Ritual" right after i get up.
