De-stress and relax.

When there is a lot of stress in functional life, everything seems against situations. De-stress yourself at intervals while waking hours by taking time to relax and action breathing techniques. A calm and peaceful mind is able to produce positive emotions as well as a better outlook about life and events.

Accept carelessness.

Try to remind yourself that answerable for your anger, hurt and fear arent due to external situations or people. It exists in the body. If you can rein and manage your negative emotions, nothing out there will affect your mental state and body.
