Ever do something you regret therefore you play out the scene continuously in your head? You're always going to have trouble with the guilt of your behaviours and just with having bipolar affliction, but it doesn't mean it has to take a strong hold on tight your self esteem. Some changes, you can reestablish control, and work towards then healthier you.
